AVENTICS™ 501 Valve systems

The AVENTICS Series 501 is a line of general purpose automation valves designed for directional control and piloting applications requiring compact size, high flow capability, and energy savings. Engineers can achieve the flow of a 15 mm to 20 mm valves in a more compact package, saving space, cost, and energy in their machine designs. In addition, no other valve in its class offers such a broad range of pressure regulator, pressure shut-off, and exhaust flow control accessories. The 501 Series valve’s pressure shut -off option permits users to replace individual valves without stopping their production process - reducing line downtime and maintenance.

ASCO™ 290 Angle-Body Piston Valve

The ASCO Series 290, also known as 8290, is a pressure-operated, direct acting angle-body piston solenoid valve built for demanding applications. Its straight-through body design is available in bronze or stainless steel. The valve is suitable for general service applications (air, inert gas, water, oil, and light slurries), plus steam, hot water, and auxiliary fluids within the food and beverage industry. Many optional features available including a visual/electrical position indicator or a stroke limiter.

AVENTICS™ G3 Electronic Fieldbus Platform

In today's highly automated machines, the AVENTICS Series G3 electronic fieldbus valve system is replacing conventional hardwired solutions. It integrates communication interfaces to pneumatic valve systems with input/output (I/O) capabilities. This next-generation electronic platform permits easy access to connections; it's simple to assemble, install, commission, and maintain. The G3's functionality allows programmable logic controllers to more efficiently turn valves on and off, and to channel I/O data from sensors, lights, relays, individual valves, or other I/O devices via various industrial networks including IO-Link devices via the IO-Link Class A Master. The G3 is the only pneumatic valve manifold that contains a graphical display used for configuration, commissioning, and diagnostics. ASCO™ Series RCS Redundant Control System

The ASCO Series RCS redundant control system is a pilot valve system with no single point of failure that can result in unwanted closure of the process valve. It is suitable for use in SIL 3 applications and greatly reduces spurious trip rates. The ASCO Series RCS achieves a higher level of process safety and reliability by using a redundant, fault-tolerant architecture, high diagnostic coverage, and automated testing. It is available in a variety of constructions that provide valve diagnostics through automated, partial-stroke testing. ASCO™ Advanced Redundant Control System

The ASCO Series ARCS is specially designed redundant solution for emergency shut down valves (ON/OFF valves)(1) and various redundant configurations (1oo2, 2oo2 and 2oo3) to meet both safety and availability. The ASCO ARCS 2oo3 redundant solenoid valve piloting system combines the advantages of both 1oo2 and 2oo2 systems to achieve a high level of process safety and reliability.
