TESCOM™ PH 1600 Single Stage Regulators

PH-1600 Series is part of our Pharmpure product line. This high purity, high flow single-stage regulator offers a compact, USP Class VI and BPE compliant design suitable for biotech and pharmaceutical applications. This regulator provides gas flows up to 400 SCFM / 11,320 SLPM. Its Gylon® diaphragm ensures gas purity and integrity. Ideal for use in clean steam for sanitization and vessel headspace pressurization.

TESCOM™ VAVG Series Laboratory Valves

VA and VG Series are air operated valves offering normally open/normally closed capabilities, operating pressures of 6000, 10,000, and 15,000 psig / 414, 690, and 1034 bar, very high cycle life and optional integrated solenoid valve. Suitable for liquid and gas applications. Ideal for use in high pressure cycling testing, pneumatic and hydraulic control panels and R & D labs.

TESCOM™ VT 3-Way Air-Operated Valve

VT Series 3-way valve provides high cycle life in a compact design. Available in 3-way 2-position shutoff and 3-way proportional versions.

The 3-way 2-position shutoff version is ideal for use in component pressure cycle testing, two source selector valve, fill and dump applications (e.g. airbag canister filling, gas spring filling), and emergency shutoff. Suitable for pneumatic and hydraulic applications.

The 3-way proportional version accurately controls the mix or concentration of high-pressure fluids in hydrogen refueling stations or other industrial mixing or diverting applications.

TESCOM™ HV-7000 Series Hydrogen Onboard Regulator

TESCOM HV-7000 Series Two Stage Pressure Reducing Regulator is a reliable, low maintenance pressure control solution specially designed for use onboard industrial and commercial heavy-duty hydrogen-powered vehicles with storage tanks rated up to 700 bar (10,150 psi). The HV-7000 helps maximize vehicle fuel efficiency by consistently delivering flows up to 5 g/s of hydrogen fuel at the right pressure needed by the fuel cell or hydrogen combustion engine across the full range of operating conditions. The contamination-resistant design of the HV-7000 ensures reliability and long service life, minimizing the vehicle cost of ownership.

TESCOM™ ER5000 Series Electropneumatic Actuator

The ER5000 Series is a microprocessor based PID (Proportional, Integral, Derivative) controller that brings precise algorithmic pressure control to a wide range of applications. It can be used as a standalone unit to control the pressure of inert gases or instrument air from 0 to 100 psig / 0 -6.9 bar, or be connected to any pneumatically actuated regulator. When used with regulators, the ER5000 provides pressure control of gases and liquids from vacuum to 30,000 psig / 2068 bar.
