TESCOM™ 10-X Series Free Poppet Pressure Regulator

10-X Series is a miniature ultra high purity and high accuracy IGS/VCR® pressure reducing regulator. The 10-X Series offers 10 Ra microinch finishes, free poppet design and 316 Stainless Steel VAR body material. It provides inlet pressures of 150 psig / 10.3 bar, outlet pressure from 3-30, 60 psig / 0.21-2.1, 4.1 bar with flow rates up to 100 SLPM. Ideal for use in OEM tools, gas boxes and low-pressure gas cabinets.
