TopWorx™ DEFENDER™ Turbine Valve Monitoring System

In the power generation industry, reliability is critical—especially for turbine control valves such as throttle, governor, intercept, and reheat stop valves. A common challenge in power plants is the failure-prone nature of conventional limit switches on these valves, which often succumb to heat, physical abuse, and tolerance issues requiring frequent readjustment. The TopWorx DEFENDER offers a robust solution by providing dependable monitoring through a self-contained, pre-wired system that includes up to ten GO™ Switches. Designed as a drop-in replacement for existing limit switches on Westinghouse valves, it also adapts easily to valves from General Electric and other manufacturers, enhancing reliability and simplifying maintenance
